The best part is how they want to get everybody in under 9.5, but they don’t want to add routes lmao they refuse to add a route or 2 so now half the drivers barely make it in and the other half go over 10.

The runners! That’s how many. Boy do I wish I had a pic of my load today. “8 hour planned day” meant you couldn’t walk into the truck. Literally stacked to the ceiling front to back. See ya in 11 hours boss!

They tried this exact thing in my center when I was in package years ago. Lasted about 3 days. center manager put a curfew on all drivers. 8:15pm but never adjusted the dispatches. Day 2 I send in a 9:30 ETA and I get a message that we need you back by 8:15. I reply which 25 stops do you want me to sheet missed? Shockingly I never got a response.
