changing despp deduction amount

I have just been to the new site, and now im confused. Can someone tell me do I go through UPS portal or these other people to change the amount deducted ... ps I drive a truck.

Log into Upsers.com.
Click the "My Life and Career" link.
Click the "UPS stock ownership" link.
This link tells you how to log into the "Computershare Shareowner Services" website.
Once you are registered you can manage anything in your account.

But you said we should accept concessions this contract so ups could make more money. Wouldn't that make ups stock a good buy?
