I love a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin. Again, not eating one every day, but as a treat now and then.

I think if you limit your salt intake most of the time, a fish sandwich is ok now and then.

The probably is so much other food is also loaded with salt. You can get away with it once in a while but not on a regular basis.

Me too but I am rarely I town that early to get one. I don’t move too fast in the mornings

It was close to $6 for a Big Mac sandwich
