Was shown an email a supe in feeders recieved from corporate that the peak season pay for seasonal employees and those not at full progression will be $32/hr this year. Probably stands to be the same for package as well but idk.

Package? Seasonal package drivers get full rate now? They didn’t when I left. Only feeders.

$30 here. Last year, it was bumped to $38 for December.

Not in the Contract..the Company can do what it pleases according to the job markets. All these new 22.4's drivers on progression will just have to look the other way and bite the bullet when they find out that these (Temp) PVD's will be making more per hour than they do during peak.

Yah and the person who is 2,75 years into progression with 4 years of PT making 23 an hour. Pfft

Not only will they get paid more, the PVDs will get more hours, and much less harassment.
