Not really. You really overestimate your reaction time on the draw. He had no cover, they are drawn an aimed.

Don't think so.
People are speculating he was carrying a hammer because it looks like there's one laying in the street in the video. Not sure that matters since he didn't have it during the shooting though.

Never bring fists to a gun fight. He should have been armed to defend himself. Would have been a much different story if he could have returned fire or at least drawn his weapon and stood those cowards down. It will be interesting to see how this plays out before a grand jury and beyond.

Pretend Reverse Time:

White guy jogging ( appropriate attire of coarse, air timberlands) in the north with two black guys in a truck after him because he has done something. Black guys have guns, white guy does not. Confrontation.White guy lays on his stomach on the ground and puts his hands behind his head and screams for mercy because he's not a dip st and does not try to fight a black man with a gun when he himself doesn't have one.

Alternate Ending: Black guys call 911 police arrive and arrest white guy who did something.
Realistic Ending: Black guys say friendk it and blow white guys head off.
