100% None of the victim's past history would matter if the murderers were two black guys stopping their vehicle on a residential street and trying to hold white joggers at gunpoint. The outrage among Republicans would be enormous.

Hunted by a guy with a grudge is yet to be tested in court, at this point I prefer to characterize that as wishful thinking on some's part.
