“Probable cause was clear to our agents pretty quickly,” Georgia Bureau of Investigation Director Vic Reynolds said during a press conference Friday, implying that it should have been just as clear to District Attorney George Barnhill.

political motivation was even clearer. I'm waiting for all the evidence to come out before I make a judgement. I still want to hear why barnhill did not prosecute. Is there more evidence that has not come out yet? Keep in mind with the sensitivity of this subject anything negative about the deceased probably wont come out right away.

Let’s say they didn’t have the intent to kill. They obviously felt entitled to do so. Does that make it somehow more acceptable?

As soon as the state gave the case to a DA from another county it became political with pressure to indict quickly.

according to the DA, if three men with guns chase you down in their vehicles, you don’t have a right to defend yourself? Is that really the “conservative” position?
