Italy has 59 million people with the biggest city, Rome, at 2.76 million. What cities in the world that size are you aware of that don't have slums where the poorest live? The whole country of Iceland has less than 400,000. A hallmark of low population areas everywhere is lower crime because people know each other. That holds true in rural America too. And Iceland and Finland are pretty much 100% white. Italy is at least 95-98% white.

Italy is more than 90% white. Again your cookie cutter one size fits all theory doesn't work. The U.S. has historic reasons for high crime in certain areas. Take away those areas and the U.S. would still have a very large population with much less drug use, much less violence, and lower concentrations of poor people. But there will always be crime, always be drug abuse, always be people who can't figure that out.

And race has to be considered in the U.S. because that's where the highest concentration of crime and drug abuse occurs in the U.S.

I never had a race theory. Just a known fact in the U.S. the most violent areas are in very poor minority neighborhoods.
