Climate change again

Do you have a link? Or a document you'd like to upload? Are they saying they were wrong in 1990? Or did they dig up new numbers that somehow show different historical data than was available in 1990? Considering that they must be relying on the same historical data that was being used in 1990, shouldn't it be somewhat concerning that the official conclusions concerning the same period of time are changing? That doesn't sound very scientific to me. Or does this new Executive Summary say that the exceleration only started since 1990?
Its Settled Science

... isn't it?

One of the big reasons companies relocate to China is to take advantage of lax environmental standards. They have plenty of issues, especially coal.

Sorry, but you have twisted what I said about the US. The OP claimed the US isn't a major greenhouse gas contributor, and that is simply false. We are a major source...FACT. And we have outsourced some of those issues to China...FACT.

Your screed on The Left has zero to do with socialism. If someone suggests we stop fracking, for example, that's "socialist" because it impedes capitalism. Never mind that people get polluted groundwater, earthquakes in places that have never had them etc.

It's all about the money. And when you prevent an industry from making money by destroying the environment, you all cry "SOCIALISM.

Fake, and a lie.
Of course we're a major polluter, but China is much worse and India is close. The Paris agreement was letting them off the hook while putting restrictions on us that would cripple our economy. You need to start thinking in terms of taking care of our own and tell the rest of the world to clean up their own act. And yes, the Left extremists are using the whole climate change debate to try and take over all aspects of our economy and implement socialism. Luckily most people are now realizing with the proposals the Left has made just how extreme and out of touch they are.

And fracking is about energy independence. If course there's money to be made but would you rather have us not frack and be dependent on the Middle East? Those earthquakes are minimal and I don't see groundwater poisoned everywhere tracking goes on. More alarmism because of the hatred of fossil fuels.

Weather is not climate, but You People, lead by the babbling Orange One, confuse isolated WX events as "proof" there isn't climate change.

More idiocy.

It's ok, you people believe the made up B.S. from groups of people whose livelihoods depend on people believing there is a crisis, and that we can do something about it. Wait another 30 years, we'll be hearing about how the encroaching glaciers were caused by CO2.

Sure, make excuses. The narrative is exactly what you just parroted, as should be expected of a good follower. 97% of scientists agree that man-made climate change is real, and, no, a college professor/meteorologist/oceanographer doesn't have a vested interest in climate change nor do their jobs depend on the creation of a "hoax".

It's actually the opposite, where Big Gas/Oil and industries who are major contributors to global warming and whose livelihoods DO depend on your false narrative spew a non-stop stream of excuses and crackpot theories to explain how man has nothing to do with it.

I'm sorry, but you're just ignorant.

There won't be many glaciers left to encroach. Sorry.

It's actually China, who controls most of the rare Earth minerals necessary for your beloved "green" energies, that is spinning the narrative.

They are spewing carbon with their coal power plants while scamming European countries with the Paris agreement. All the while stealing American technology.

You have been scammed.
I'm sorry, but you're just ignorant.

Actually they cut off the rare earth, so the US is reopening mines, and we have the state of the art facilities to deal with the waste products of refinement. China just dumps theirs in a lake.

Again, you simply lie. While it's true China is a massive polluter, any efforts on their part to reduce pollution are a positive advance. It's also true China is making large investments in solar and other alternative energy sources and beginning to move away from coal.

When we backed out, it signaled the rest of the world that the USA was crapping all over any intentions it had to improve the environment. Trump's wholesale slashing of environmental regulations and rolling back fuel economy standards put a big, black stamp on that signal that we don't care...at all. Trump is an ignorant mess that only cares about profits, not long term costs. So are his ignorant followers.

The Paris Agreement was always more of a pledge than hard and fast "law". But you don't get that. All you want to do is keep spewing pollution and do nothing about it, so the 1% can continue to rake in profit.

Good stooge boy, good boy.
