Numerous weather outlets are predicting a very wet Spring in 2020 just like in 2019. That caused late planting this year, not to mention millions of acres unplanted, and then much of the corn and soybean crop was damaged due to continued rains then the big freeze in October. This is the kind of thing we'll experience going forward. With the cooling you won't see coastal cities getting flooded because the ice won't melt. Look up the stats of the winter of 1911. It was extraordinarily cold and snowy due to the solar minimum then.
