I’m pretty sure you know that’s not what Gumby is talking about, The provision for you to make ground pay is not so you make ground pay forever it’s on occasion.

Absolutely. Equal pay for equal work. Of course for me it would mean a cut in pay to go FT.

Submit it as a proposal i’m not certain that will ever happen but I do believe it would certainly solve some staffing issues.
