Anyone notice that 9 out of 10 customers are unable to exit their home? I'm sure I can't be the only one who when I have a signature required package it takes the customers about two minutes of fumbling with their door locks before they actually get it. I laugh because every 10 seconds they pull on the door and get rejected. If their house was on fire it would probably burn down before they were able to open the door.

I see that all the time. Some idiots have a keyed deadbolt on the inside? How the heck are you going to find the key in a fire?
