Need my Tax form resent unfortunately after registering for UPSers.com and finding the appropriate chain of links I got this:

Select a Tax Form from the available tax years and choose a delivery option.

We're sorry but your 2016 Tax Form is not on file.

If you think you should have a 2016 Tax Form from UPS, please contact a payroll representative at UPS.

So... no number listed (naturally) what is the number I should be calling? A google search got me 1-800-555-5555 but that was from 2013 and calling got an immediate disconnect before the first ring
