1.) All UPS employees including all management personnel shall begin their career as a part-time package handler for a period of no less than one (1) year before occupying any other position with the company. 2.) All UPS management personnel shall serve as assistants and aids to all hourly employees, helping them to complete their job duties while maintaining an orderly operation. 3.) No employee shall be forced to work greater than eight (8) hours per shift, violating the Adamson Act of 1917. All overtime shall be optional and given at the request of the employee.
