It’s easy, these knuckleheads go home at the drop of a hat, and then pretend they got laid off. Or that’s what they told there wives.
I would rather work four 11s than five 9s, but you know those are gonna be 12-hour days at a minimum.
They’ve already done it to a lot of hourly feeder runs. OT after 10 means less money in the long run. They give us raises and then cut our hours just to prove the company does what they want.
