Or maybe we should combine them all into one? I mean it could go like this....

OMG Amazon is finally taking over. They just delivered all my emergency food and sanitizer. But Ill go trough all that in a few weeks because I’m laid off indefinitely and I just contracted the virus from one of my Amazon packages. I knew I shouldn’t have purchased something from one of these Chinese Amazon sellers but $75 for a 16 oz bottle of sanitizer is a good deal.

I’m not worried about my 401k dropping like sorority girl panties on spring break because I’m sitting at home cutting my own throat by ordering ALL my essential on Amazon but it cool. That gives me an excuse and opportunity to create yet ANOTHER Amazon thread and chime in on one of the many that already exists.

Does anyone need sanitizer? I have extra and I need a source of income due to being laid off at UPS (thank you AMAZON!) so I’m willing to part with some. Just PM me with an offer and I’ll put it through my new Amazon seller account.

Has anyone heard about the coronavirus being a bio weapon set off by the U.S.? That’s so dumb. Why would we do that to the country where 90% of our Amazon stuff is made?

Anyone need toilet paper? I can let go of some or all for a good price. I don’t really need it. I can wipe with Amazon boxes that I’ve accumulated through orders I’ve been making in between creating and chiming in on Amazon bashing threads on here. Anyway....stay safe everyone!

  5. We can't panic over this. It's out of control.
Hopefully you don't have a lot of debt and have some cash put away.

What do you consider panicking? My biggest gripe is that the wife and kids are home all day because everything is cancelled. I have been evicted from my castle of solitude.

  7. Just the look on people's faces at the grocery.
I really don't know how to describe it. It's a very weird feeling right now.

It’s possible people don’t trust the government. Personally I think it’s all far more serious than we know so far. Capitalism doesn’t shut down over a hoax and by now, people aren’t even thinking in terms of cheap easy money.

The few people I made deliveries to yesterday had that look on their faces. Mostly the younger men with families. I can read their faces. They're worried about their jobs and bank accounts right now.

Not to preach but this is exactly why I have been talking about saving back a little cash. People are just so damn cavalier about spending, then something like this could wipe out paychecks and folks get desperate.

Probably not without even more crazy panic.

  12. I could make it for a pretty long time without working, if it came down that
But... Money isn't going to do you any good if you their is nothing at the store to buy.

  13. Sometimes you are better off not knowing.

I'm going to keep in living my life. I will just be a little more cautious.

The only thing I’ve changed is that I haven’t been over to see my parents this past week. I’m absolutely terrified that I’d unknowingly carry something in to their house.

Agreed. But my post was 100% satire. LOL.

Black Friday like runs on stores for products that aren’t even considered during flu outbreaks?

  18. The one thing they concerns me more than the flu is are people going to try to rob us for the packages because they can't find anything at the store?
