I didn't see that post. I read parts of the official report from the investigation which said he was doing inappropiate touching as part of his sexual harrassment, but the report doesn't classify that touching as sexual assault and I have not seen anyone who says Cuomo committed sexual assault against them. Either way that's not me defending anything. If Coumo sexually assaulted anyone those claims should be investigated and he be prosecuted.

I just covered that numbnuts.

I didn't really follow the story, but whatever as far as him resigning. Only two things I kinda know about Cuomo policy and politics wise is the disasterous way he handled coronavirus, which I posted last year that Cuomo and the mayor of NYC were both disasters in how they handled cornavirus, and then to see him get all of this seemily positive media attention from his covid press conferences, and I was thinking wait this mfer messed up badly and did a terrible job. And the other thing was he would work with a small number of elected Democrats in New York state government who formed some sort of alliance with the repbulicans in New York state government to prevent the other elected state government Democrats from having a super majority to pass legislation which being as he is a Democrat working to stop your state Democratic majority is dishonest because the same voters that elected them elected you.

This was my very first post in this thread. I am highly critical of Cuomo. I say I haven't followed the sexual harrassment story closely.

Look up the criminal definition of assault.
It does not matter how the complainant defines an act, for that matter it makes no difference how the writer of a story labels an act.

He is accused of sexual assault and the only reason charges haven't been brought is that he is a Democrat.

And not one poster has put forth anything to say oh this person accused him of sexual assault. Yes there are reports that he touched women inappropiately, those things are in the investigation but at no point is that behavior described as sexual assault, at no point as far as I have read have any of the victims said Cuomo sexually assaulted me. So saying Cuomo is not accused of sexual assault when no one has provided evidence of him being accused of sexual assault is not defending cuomo in any logical manner.

All I am saying is in the report I read, his behavior wasn't called sexual assault. And not one of his victims as far as I know have come forward and said he sexually assualted them. In terms of what co-workers get away with when it comes to touching...... I have seen co workers fight. I have seen co workers spit water at one another. I have seen co workers hump one another. I have seen co workers in a weight loss contest strip down naked to win the contest. I don't excuse that behavior, but come on, most people let a ton of stuff slide in the places I have worked. I am black and I had one white co worker say the N-word while we were both venting about our jobs and I didn't go up front because I didn't want the hassle. I just stayed away from that person. Yeah, co workers let a lot of stuff slide. So without question I can imagine co workers in the process of "playing" touching another co worker as a joke and nothing happening at all. Hell at my current employer years ago, they gave us internet access this was like 2005 and mfers were sending straight porn videos to supervisors on company email and nothing happened to anyone when it all came out.
