Ok I can see that working.

Had a customer compliant because they weren't getting the freight some computer told they were getting. They called the center and said I was holding there packages because of the snow(even though I delivered 14 big boxes that day). My manager corrected them that didn't hold back any freight. Also... To my surprise. Said if your entrance is unsafe I wouldn't want my driver to get hurt... So you better clear an entrance. Sometimes our managers do have our backs!
