When he dumped the Traditional Retirement Plan, Fred tried to sell the new PPA as if he was doing us a favor. When they dump the medical, Fred will give each of us a 50 cent voucher for our yearly medical costs. It will be called SHAFP (Screwing Hourlies As Fully As Possible).
