Do unloaders have to break jams or can we make Supervisors do it?

I work in a New England Hub and constantly have to break jams on the belts in unload while our supervisors sit around doing nothing. My question is do I actually have to break the jams myself or can I make supervisors do it?
Your job is to work. It's the supervisors job to watch over all the workers. Break the jam with a big smile on your face.

My Supervisor told me not to come back to the hub until I completed my route.
Do I really have to deliver everything on the truck?

Newer guy last week brought 2 streets back cause he doesn’t like delivering them in the dark (longer driveways with no turnarounds, curvy narrow road so you have to back into them to park and walk packages).

Drivers with seniority got a good laugh and told him... then don’t, Break trace and deliver them whwn it’s still light.

He called off the next day.
