If you do a no call no show but when return to work the next day with a doctors note that tells you not to work what is suppose to be put in your attendance report? No call no show or like schedule off or something

Nope. Still a no call no show. Absences after that as a result of the doctor's note should be excused though.

If you don't have a history of NC/NS's, who cares?

It counts as a point on record if ya do no show no call or call in so either way it don't matter, if ya take one day ya might as well take a 2nd take the while point, just don't miss the 3rd then ya would need a note

Youre an idiot.. Perfect place for you as a sup.. By talking without knowing what you're saying, you blend right in with the rest of them.. Don't you have $13 an hour to go make somewhere..

At least he didn't quit when life got a little too hard. This is hilarious coming from the guy who thinks he will be a driver in a few months yet doesn't realize he's probably hired as a seasonal. Are you going to quit again when it takes you 8 years to be FT and another 4 until full rate while probably being laid off from driving a few days a week because you're low/no seniority?

Oh wait you make 80,000 slinging auto parts.

Yeah pot meet kettle.

That’s Craptacular
I've seen guys do 2-3 no call no shows a week for years.. Never lost their jobs..
The problem with allowing certain PTers to be chronic attendance problems....I mean the guys who constantly NC/NS or who are late 3x a week is eventually....even years in, they end up with a manager who won't stand for it and are finally disciplined and fired.

Which in and of itself is just stupid. So you're saying it was okay for him to have been late 75 times last year without even a warning letter...but he's late 3x last week and now he's written up and suspended?? Ahhh.....hypocrisy.
