Giving this one its own thread so it does not get lost in car and bike talk...
Here is what is going on.
Person named Sam on Youtube buys salvage cars and shows how he repairs them and makes them roadworthy.
He bought a totaled Dominoes Delivery car, they left all logos on it. They declined purchase from the Insurance Company. It went to Salvage Auction, again, no interest in having it back.
Sam did videos showing repair back to original condition, and passing the inspection for it to be certified road worthy.
Dominoes is now saying he is infringing on trademark and copyright, and they want the car back.
The other side is stating he can keep the logos on the car under "fair use"
What are your thoughts on this issue, it is being widely debated on youtube.
