what are you talking about coal
Why is oil at $50? Nat gas is at a dirt cheap $2.35 /thousand and some big volume customers can get it for less than 2. Among them electric utilities which is why they're switching to it as fast as they can. A nearby coal fired power plant switched to nat gas a few years back. Cleaner cheaper and it allowed them to cut their workforce by more than half.

um fracking has dropped the price of gas, unless your in California, shale is profitable at 55 to 60 bucks
Um, the Middle East determines the price of oil which in turn determines the price of fuel along with our refinement ability. Not fracking. Ttku....

Unfortunately if the corporate tax is too high these companies will leave this country and go elsewhere.

We need some kind of a flat tax system to get the underground economy.
10% flat tax, no deductions, for everything above the poverty level, with AMT for those under it. EVERYONE contributes.
And an absolute cap on the rate of, say, 15%, with a balanced budget requirement.

I agree.
Trump makes a habit of blaming others for his failures and taking credit for other people's successes.
