They ask for you to decide December 1st......so that if you chose 1/2 hour lunch...they can fill the other half hour with DELIVERY stops....probably business stops

You get away with that because your a cover driver.......when you get a route they will dispatch you accordingly unless ups is different in ak

I guess that's another reason I like to roam freely.

I've had drivers come out to help me. So I rarely have a problem going out to help others. Also, I've never been forced to go out. Always been asked to go back out. Being a junior driver I've been asked more than a few times. The way I see it, everything comes full circle eventually.

One hour x 5 days a week x 46 weeks a year = 230 more hours at home instead of at the a Waffle House.

Not in my neck neck of the woods . Here that would equal 230 hours longer at work
