Driver school twice in a year?

Went to driver school in October in Obetz for seasonal. Now having to go back to the same class for a FT bid. Anybody hear of this?

I have, but only if it's been longer than a year.

Happened in my center with air drivers when they were promoted to FT.

Yep they know. We have had multiple seasonal go back a 2nd time

Apparently this is the norm in my center as well. Seasonals went to driving school then two got hired FT...back to driving school all in less than 6 months. Heard it has something to do with changing classifications.

Seems like yet another waste of resources but what do I know...

Yes I feel it's an absolute waste. 2 months before my driving class in oct I had an abbreviated air driving class. So then I basically did the same thing in seasonal driving class with the addition of the 5 and 10. I finished all the IBT by Wednesday. Dumb

I did same thing..went to school October 2012 and again in may 2013

Yeah, happens here too, however those who have already passed driver school only go for 2 or 3 days.

When I went to driving school seasonal went for 2 days and FT driver went for 4 days....
