I tip my pre-loader the week after thanksgiving. This guy is a seasoned pre-loader and knows his stuff. You all know how important that is and by tipping early I kind of get the edge before the other drivers.
I load all my trucks the way my drivers request. We don't have PAS in our building and the charts I do have our out of date or not the way the driver wants it loaded. And my drivers don't tip.. nor do they ever thank me for a good job. I guess my thanks is that I get paid every week...
