I'm thankful we didn't have "driving school" when I started. The supervisor was on the car for four or five days and we were on our own. No jump seats back then either, he just hung on to the hand rail all day.

Driving school was a joke. I learned more in the few days I was on road with an On Car than I did in the class.

They were paid for both travel time and mileage and yes these were hourlies. Their food per dium sucked was under $30 a day

Here you get mileage, lodging, and a $20 per diem.

Me too. When I went to Integrad, it was all paid up front.

We had to submit our mileage for reimbursement.

I had to drive 100 miles to the airport to catch a flight to Integrad. No mileage or time paid. I was able to submit a voucher for airport parking while at class. Lodging and meals were all provided.
