can i file a grivience if h.r send a employee to a driving school wth less seniority than me?
My advice, don't start pissing them off with grievances yet.Peak is afoot, My bet...(I could be wrong)
You will get your training.
If you both have signed the list and it has happened within the last thirty days, yes. It might not seem like a big deal to some, even if it`s only a day. But your future FT seniority date will affect everything from job bids to layoffs. Do it or lose it.
Did you sign a sheet? If he signed and you didn't, you have no grievance. Is there some other reason? 3 DUI's for instance?
Is it an area seniority building?
Did you sign the list or bid? Do you have any moving violations in the last year? Seniority means nothing if you don't sign the list or have moving violations in the past year.
When you are a pt'er looking to shuttle, cover drive or air drive, there is no list to sign. At least, I never saw one. You have a grievance. PT covers can get a lot of hours. Whomever goes to school first, has more seniority for work.
Separate names with a comma.
