It allows you to have the 3 seconds you are supposed to wait before starting up at an intersection

Don’t beep at intersections. Was never trained to do that.

4 way stop. Purpously do the confused, go a little bit, then stop. Then when someone else starts moving, you go a little bit, and stop again

You should never coast in any manual vehicle, at any time. The gears help slow your vehicle down and coasting blasts your brakes. You’re also semi losing control of the vehicle when coasting.

Coasting will get you failed on any test with any manual transmission. Don’t even think about doing it on a CDL. Instructor will take the keys from you instantly.
