I would think that if you are taking care of your business your name should not come up in his conversations.

Tell your B.A. also spread the word around let your steward know. You can also call the corporate hotline.
Keep your friends close and your enemys closer. Dont let him know you despise his actions just keep an eye on him. Let other people know what hes doing.

What does this mean? You are doing things you shouldn't be doing? If that is the case, maybe you shouldn't be doing them.

this sounds like more than one person is involved, did you notice the "what should WE do....
Even if you are doing your job properly, someone else might think otherwise and complain.
I too, would go with the false reporting angle , especially if several different persons are involved.
