Just don't become the guy who comes into work red faced and sweating because he was drunk the night before and can't wait to get off so he can have his next drink.

The 1st step is admitting you have a problem.

I have been sober for a while. In my experience, if a person has to justify how much they drink to an alcoholic, they probably have issues.

We had a guy who would just sleep in his car in the parking lot, in his uniform. Stumble in the next day all bleary eyed w/ bedhead, reeking of liquor so bad no one could stand next to him at the pcm.
