I believe three will count as one with a Drs. note.
Should be enough there that they can't fire you for getting the flu.

Totally depends on where you are. Here we have no formal attendence policy. If they wanted they could give you a verbal warning on your first call in.You have 7 option days and you are allowed an additional 9 before they can start disciplining you. If you are missing that much work, hate to say it but you deserve it.
