What happens? I never got papers to go ‘ expired a couple months ago I just noticed ‘ my anniversary is next month

I wouldn’t stew over it. The managers are suppose to keep track of stuff like this.

Only thing to worry about is operating a DOT vehicle without a valid card that's on you if you get pulled over... otherwise mgr should have informed you they get notices about this stuff, but since you know of it, you should probably let your manager know.

As a professional driver it’s your responsibility to be aware of the medical card expiration date. It’s right on the card.

He was informed. He was given a card with the expiration date on it.
Go on upsers, fill out the form, pick a provider and go.
