Not if we are still a Constitutional Republic.

Not without great national upheaval.

The first statement is fact, the second is opinion.
Is the former president above the law?

And put aside for a moment if the investigation has a considerable political leaning to it. How could it not?

But is it impossible that Trump actually committed a felony and should face prosecution?

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

The rebuttal will always be the double standard , equal application of the law would be a powerful argument if it were true.
Hillary is your benchmark . If she can not be prosecuted then a president any president can not either as a president has the ultimate declassification authority.
Obama , Bush and Trump all had a standing order that any sensitive documents that they took with them from the White House would be automatically declassified.
Is Trump guilty and the other two not?
Political opportunity would be the only crime.
your side does not care that none of this has been true they just want to wear him down defending himself.

If FedEx reported you to the IRS for potential fraudulent returns, the DOT for faulty trucks, the Sheriffs Department for traffic violations, the Department of Labor for wage violations, etcetera, all with a thinly veiled agenda of ruining you, would you meekly accept your fate? Or would you fight back, garnering support from anyone who offered?

Walk a mile in Trump’s shoes.

Might depend on the nature of the possible classified info.

Am I guilty of all of the above?

Only if you’re interfering with FedEx’s plans.
So if the DOT comes along and inspect my fleet and 70% of the vehicles have bald tires and 20% are leaking fuel, I shouldn’t be found to be a negligent owner and fined for it if FedEx is the one to tip them off?

That doesn’t make much sense.
