its always funny watching the leftzi's trying to deny trump had the same powers as previous presidents.
Funny how the narrative keeps changing. What happened to the super secret nuke documents they were supposedly all worried about? Anyone with a functional brain can see it was a fishing expedition in search of a crime so they have to keep changing the narrative as each excuse falls apart.

agreed. the warrant allowed them to take anything and everything he generated in the last 4 years of his presidency. that wording does not identify specific documents they were looking for and clearly feeds a fishing expedition. If trump challenges that warrant at the supreme court it gets thrown out.

Even with the overly broad warrant they still took things beyond its scope. And they at first denied it happened but were later forced (grudgingly) to admit it. I think a bigger reason the warrant could get thrown out is because of the procedural violations. Which won't matter to the FBI at that point because they will have read everything and had the opportunity to make inconvenient evidence disappear. Don't forget the FBI agents on the raid were also in up to their necks in the Crossfire Hurricane fiasco. If they lied to the FISA court then what are the odds of them lying to a judge again?

The pattern is obvious. It was the same with covid, the response to covid, the election fortification, the shots, Ukraine. Lie after lie after lie, all taken as gospel truth, repeated over and over. No recognition of the fact that the previous lies were proven to be lies. Just on to the next lie, never looking back.

and if you disagreed with the lies or you questioned them or you provided equally competent rebuttal from other experts your freedom to express those opinions was suppressed and at some point you were labeled a conspiracy nut or even worse a racist.

In the plea deal, Cessario stated: “I erased the contents of the computer hard knowing that the court has ordered that the computer be submitted for a forensic examination. I did so with the intention of making the contents of the computer’s hard unavailable for forensic examination. At the time, I knew that the contents of the hard drive were relevant to an official proceeding, that is, Cause No. 5:17-CR-50010, United States v. Woods et al. I corruptly performed and had performed, the erasures with intent to impair the integrity and availability of the computer hard drive and its contents for use in that official proceeding.”
The courts knew about this but still denied Woods’s appeal in 2020.

The point wasnt he didnt have the authority, the point was had he declassified these documents there would be evidence. it's a process, not just an individual saying He Declassified them
the courts have already ruled the President doesn't have to follow any process

a process implies accountability, he is accountable to NO ONE for classified documents because they are HIS BY PRIVILEGE OF OFFICE

jesus christ you guys really can't wrap your heads around what the Executive branch does in this country can you?

you think that because it's TRUMP, and only TRUMP suddenly he has to ask permission of all these bureaucrats to do anything beyond the status quo; he was elected by the People and has the full constitutional force of his office behind him whether the hell you like it or not

They believe the deep state has ultimate authority over elected officials. They don't believe in the consent of the governed or that power belongs to and is derived from the people.

Perhaps, more accurately, they believe whatever is necessary for "their side" to have and maintain ultimate authority at any given time.

it's not about that dude and you're missing the point

you all think the President is overreaching and the Agencies are the ones backed by the law; THIS IS BACKWARDS
the Agencies have been stretched FAR beyond their Constitutional authority for almost a century, while the Executives power (in this matter) is what has stayed the same
