Easier said than done. I have the top 6 of the 10 pack abs but a stubborn belt line. I weighed 217 on my first DOT physical and 220 when I got married. Running is not in my best interest, so I remain obese.

I've gone from 307 lbs down to 240 Lbs with any real exercise.
Just set a desired weight and only eat 10 calories per pound a few days a week.
Over time you'll shed the pounds.

I wrestled at 184 in college and I've never weighed more than 225. This is my natural and desired weight. The only thing is I'm clinically obese because my height and weight say so.
