How in the hell do you know if it has any bearing? The truth is you don't.
If everything was clear cut there would be no reason for a judge, jury or courtroom fot that matter. You do understand the lawyers hold adversarial positions and have conflicting theories, interpretation and citation of law, or did you wake up again wet behind the ears?
If I am wrong explain to me why the DOJ is going to appeal the judges order for a special master and why is Trump going to appeal the dismissal of his civil claim against Clinton et al.
