Everything I’ve read is that he could make it public at any time.

Maybe waiting till the DOJ/FBI officially release their warrant, the document has to match to the letter what was read in the raid.

I believe that the search warrants were never given physically to the Trump attorneys on site...only allowed to verbally hear the charges from the FBI agents, kind of weird in itself, also there is video evidence of the search after being told to turn off all his private surveillance devices.
