When Sen. Richard Lugar (R-Ind.) donated his papers, he gave similar donor restrictions.

Is there maybe a difference between state or local officials keeping documents from their time in office and a former US President keeping classified documents after his time in office?
If Donald Trump has committed crimes then prosecute him. The FBI has had possession of Hunter's laptop for two years with video and emails of his business dealings as well as paying for crack and hookers. They're "investigating." And the American people had no say in Trump's impeachments. Get real.
