her case too is not only the removal of classified documents but also the destruction of evidence once the subpoena was delivered to her for the classified documents and emails.

Not really. There are disputes all the time over what’s personal or government property. It’s handled in court or by agreement. What happened yesterday is historical. Look up what Sandy Berger did, and what happened.
