Clinton's former national security advisor Sandy Berger was arrested trying to smuggle classified documents in his socks out of the National Archives. Being a prominent Democrat nothing happened to him. One can only guess what was in those documents that made him want to take them.

He was fined $50,000 if memory serves.

They do not have to wait for the realease of the warrant, they can release the the contents of the application,...... yesterday. Exactly what proof they offered to the magistrate to issue the warrant.

What they are going to provide will not be the full legal argument in obtaining the warrant. My opinion, I understand how this works.

Who has the right to release the application, if it is in fact sealed?

Yep. Creator Mike Judge has resurrected the show and there's a new episode posted every Thursday. 3 so far. Paramount+ kicked it off with the new movie "Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe" which explains how they've ended up in 2022 without having aged.
