FBI Raids Mar-a-lago

My argument is that Trump didn't admit to possessing top secret nuclear weapons documents on June 4th and the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago to retrieve them this week.
None of that came from the DOJ

"The Justice Department is investigating if former President Donald Trump violated three federal laws involving the handling of national security information when he moved government records from the White House to Mar-a-Lago upon leaving office.

That's according to the right-wing news website Breitbart, which appeared to have obtained the warrant the FBI got to search Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence in south Florida.

Per the warrant, the feds are scrutinizing if Trump broke laws against gathering, transmitting, or losing defense information; the destruction, alteration, or falsification of records; and the concealment, removal, or mutilation of records.

The statute against gathering, transmitting, or losing defense information is a key facet of the Espionage Act."

Back in the early seventies as a 19 year old airman I was carrying “TOP SECRET” documents at a SAC base.

No big deal back then, should not be a big deal particularly if you been a president...
Had a top secret clearance at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas. Thought that was really cool too but that soon wore off.

That is merely what the warrant from the DOJ claims. A warrant will frequently use loaded language and exaggerated claims to attempt to make the one being searched seem more guilty. Nothing about what the affidavit said.

why are you afraid to discuss the double standard? presidential record is linked to all former presidents since the act took place.
obama's special treatment is definitely part of the discussion.
It’s only in the discussion for you evertrumpers
Does it ever get old defending that idiot sure seems like it would

The affidavit should be extra juicy since the warrant indicates Trump might have gathered, transmitted or lost defense information as outlined by the Espionage Act.

Was stationed at Grand Forks AFB ... Fact....

If North Dakota ever decided to leave the Union it would of been classified as the (Third largest Nuclear Armed Nation on planet earth).

The affidavit would need to explain the basis for those claims and also expose the DOJ so expect them to keep it hidden.

So if your dog hiked on one of these “TOP SECRET” boxes and ( mutilated ) one of the documents you can go to jail?

Tell me it ain’t so...

does your sense of integrity ever get tweaked when you see your side try to fabricate another investigation.
half your party should be in jail right now.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

Sounds like more BS. Pretty general. Watch, the feds won’t turn anything over due to on going investigation excuse. Count on it. This is just to grab headlines.

If a dog gathers, transmits or loses top secret documents that contain defense information the dog actually goes to dog jail if convicted under the dog section of the Espionage Act. :)
