Oh. They got him this time. For absolute sure. Not like the ten other times they had him for absolute sure.
i am almost titillated by the thought they may try to get a president on the espionage act. Are there really people in this country that would be that stupid? in either case I'm loading up on popcorn just in case.

Inordinately Right
I wonder if our legal experts can tell us about these:
18 U.S.C. 2071 - Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally
18 U.S. Code § 1519 - Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations
Sure I can explain.
Biden's justice department has still not released the documents they are legally required to release. Documents which Trump declassified.

What is the FBI scared of?

are you saying those statutes don’t matter in this case? Those are the statutes that were used to aquire a search warrant. When you make a condescending post and come off like a jerk, it really doesn’t help your point of view.

as far as relating to nuclear arms I believe the espionage act would cover that .

Oh, I'm sorry, I just realized, you must have been serious about considering me and @floridays as legal experts. I thought you were being condescending, now I understand that it was a sincere compliment. Thank you, and my apologies for the mix up.

Don't call on me to clean up a mess you may have made. I've never claimed I am an expert, my claims however can be searched..... it will just take some effort. Beyond that, I am in the process of having another stroke.
