its more than an assumption.
the warrant was very broad based. it allowed them to take anything Trump generated as president. Seems odd if they were acting on a tip that gave them specific details.
they admitted collecting items of a personal nature and offered to return them . that by any definition is a fishing expedition.
all of us regardless of our political affiliation should be against broad based fishing expeditions by the state police.
If he’s indicted, it all comes out. Probably heavily redacted.

yea i know but you do steer the process by what you decide to follow. In any case there are times you sound like you're out of the loop and other times you sound like you're quoting straight from the DNC. maybe you dont filter as much and dont know one from the other.

he's the president of the united states. they just did something to him that has never been done before and that looks political as hell.
their initial explanations stink to high heaven. their efforts to spread misinformation through anonymous leaks supports that.
this whole thing stinks and recquires complete transparency.
remember the first impeachment of trump was according to the dems an investigation of a potential political opponent.

maybe he did. after all the FBI waited two months before they felt the need to get a warrant. that does not show any urgency.
Possibly because I’m not even sure what that means.
I do find Napolitano interesting though. Maybe he’s not “relevant” but things like his description of most federal criminal statutes being unconstitutional seems pretty far out there but plausible.

the fact they are returning items taken shows a fishing expedition.
Maybe whoever told the DOJ/FBI that Trump was holding out on them in June didn’t do so the day after the FBI left Mar-a-Lago the first time.

i actually agree that no one is above the law . but there are double standards that are screaming at us.
Ok. And that doesn’t make what he said right or wrong, relevant or irrelevant. Simply something to consider in the case at hand.
