I'm no Trump fan. Just introducing the facts here. Read what you'd typed again....slowly......

Top Secret, Secret and Confidential are not the same thing. They have different ramifications for national security and could affect the situation in different ways.

You claimed Trump had been in possession of over 7 times the number of Top Secret documents than he'd actually been in possession of. The facts are important even if this is only a political thing for you and the facts don't matter to you at all.
He stole the documents, refused to return them when asked nicely and had no reason to have them except for personal gain. It's very simple, and if you want to quibble over a word here and there thats fine, but nothoing changes the facts over why he had them

complete misinformation. you're not even trying to stay close to the truth now , just making crap up.
your cult really has you jacked up where the truth does not even matter anymore.

but what are they waiting for? the "facts" you present seem to be overwhelming.
not only that but selling top secret information would have a time urgency that would demand immediate action.
Did i mention the two month wait before the raid?

The general counsel for the National Archives and Records Administration... previously sued then-President Ronald Reagan in 1989 while working at the American Civil Liberties Union.

Stern spoke on a panel in January 2021 called "Preserving Presidential Papers and Archives. In response to a question about someone leaving government and taking presidential records with them, Stern said...."we can enforce that with the support of the Department of Justice to file a legal claim."

Katie Sullivan, a former deputy assistant attorney general in the Trump Justice Department, said that the situation....appeared to her "like this has been something that was certainly cooked up for some time."
