Wow,to those here that pooh poohed the documents as not being 'that secret"
Federal prosecutors told the court that in some instances, "even the FBI counterintelligence personnel and DOJ attorneys conducting the review" of the records seized in this month's search required additional clearances before they could review certain documents, suggesting that they found the records to be extremely sensitive
you struggle with this issue for some reason. The president has the highest classification authority in this country. He has a need to know anything he asks for.

he aint been president in a year and a half ,regardless of what you Q folk and Cult think. And again your point is moot as the DOJ and FBI said he shouldn't of had them. It's very simple.

Can you imagine the uproar from the cult had the headlines been : Obama Stole Secret Documents!!!!
we understand the powers of the presidency better then you libs, so when Obama took 30 trailers full of classified documents from his presidency we enjoyed the back and forth with the national archives but knew he was acting within his rights and authority.

funny watching the DOJ try to fight an impartial review of the documents by an established review process. clearly they have something to hide.

I love the part where Coleman says Trumps Lawyers are playing Uno and the DOJ is playing Chess. Thats funny i dont care who you are

Former prosecutor Charles Coleman argued that former President Donald Trump's legal team is out of its depth in their efforts to stall the Justice Department's review of potentially classified documents seized by the FBI in the search of Mar-a-Lago.

"The DOJ and the FBI have already indicated that they have gone through the documents. Essentially Merrick Garland and the DOJ are playing chess. Donald Trump and his legal team, they are playing Uno, and that's — that's the only way I can explain it, because at this point, they have taken away every reason that they would need to have a special master. So by saying, look, we identified attorney-client privilege, identified things that need to be returned to the National Archives, and identified material that's so sensitive and so private and so top secret in nature that it has to be returned to the actual government and cannot be in public purview, they have made the issue of a special master actually moot."
you got him this time. keep slinging that crap against the wall maybe one day it'll will stay up.
