you are wrong,please google ORCON. These sensitive documents marked ORCON have to give written permission to have them declassified by a third party,no exception. Several of the documents Trump had in Mar a lago were marked ORCON,so one way that would be very easy to note they are declassified is by finding the written permission of the agency that marked them secret. Of course there are other easier ways as well to tell if they are declassified
