Former United States Attorney General Bill Barr has given a stark warning to former Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton over her “seditious” conspiracy against former President Donald Trump.
“I thought we were heading into a constitutional crisis. I think whatever you think of Trump, the fact is that the whole Russiagate thing was a grave injustice. It appears to be a dirty political trick that was used first to hobble him and then potentially to drive him from office,” he said on Glenn Beck’s Blaze TV podcast.
“I believe it is seditious,” he said, but he warned that those charges would be tough to prove in a court.

yes he can. there would be a question of motivation with Barr. Before Trump Barr was considered very fair.
In this time period he's obviously licking his wounds from his trump beating trying to sell a book.
with him and many other "legal" experts speaking on the Maralago issue I would rather hear arguments on the constitutional points of a former president and his document rights rather than a flip comment that he provided.
does the presidential records act support trump or go against him. there is a clear divide on that issue along partisan lines.
does the constitution support trumps rights as a former president to retain those records.
Did all the former presidents including trump have standing orders of declassification? I'm sure its documented somewhere.
everything else that any so called expert throws into the discussion is just noise.

see thats what i mean by a flip comment. Barr knows that Mar-a-lago was trumps second white house. Barr as former AG would also know that the goverment never got Obama's 30 truckloads back. Barr would also know that bush 1, clinton, bush 2 and Obama all had the same fight over their documents.
