Don't think for a second they haven't been paying attention---this is why I think you will see a two-tiered wage system for new FT hires, if not by 2013, then certainly in 2018.

I'm my building it takes about eight years to become full time and then 3 in progression, that's 11 years before you make it to top pay. And trust me UPS will take a lot from your life in those 11 years.
