The Teamsters offered the cost estimate a day after FedEx, the second-largest U.S. package- delivery company, announced a plan to encourage California delivery drivers with a single route to either sell their operation or expand.

Interesting article. Its a step in the right direction. California being California, we might start seeing this ripple across the U.S. It'll take time--certainly years--but it probably will spread. Whatever you might think about California in terms of its politics, several very good ideas have come out of the state and moved eastward. FDX.....BEWARE!!!. -Rocky
